Ciara's fourth studio album titled, Basic Instinct is scheduled for release in the second half of 2010 and sees the singer return to her urban roots. It will be proceeded by the release of lead single, "Ride" on April 27, 2010.At the 48th Grammy Awards, Ciara received four nominations, including the award for "Best New Artist", "Best Rap/Sung Collaboration" for "1, 2 Step", and "Best Rap Song" for "Lose Control". She won "Best Short Form Music Video" with Missy Elliott for "Lose Control".".
